Am trying to model prestressed box girder bridge for high speed railway analysis.Am not getting how to model prestressing force using ABAQUS/CAE.I have seen that it's not possible with CAE. Please say me an alternative way to model prestressing force.

I am tring to model a thin strip of a material(E= 2*e6 MPA and poisson's ratio=0.5) into mobius strip. I should do this by applying Boundary conditions(rotation) or loads. When I tried this simulation, it kept getting aborted when I gave rotation(with respect to the axis parallel to the length) more than 3 radians. I tried refining the mesh but it di not help. Can any one suggest me how to go forward with this simulation or suggest me any other way of achieving this.
note: i used quad shell elements

According to the eigenstrain theory of micromechanics, described in the book by Toshio Mura (micromechanics of defects in solid, 1982) from page 15-20.
He provided the formulas for the eigenstrain at the core of screw and edge dislocation, but I can not understand completely.
